Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

TURNAROUND
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm.

ORDER TRACKING
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

SHIPPING RATES
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

BACK ORDERS
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS
All product sales are final. Azami Consulting Co., Ltd. may, at its sole discretion, accept returns and issue refunds if requested with thirty (10) days of purchase. Any accepted returns may be pursuant to the manufacturer’s allowable return period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

ADDITIONAL
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

– Items that was delivered that has been opened.
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then process the return of the merchandise to the original vendor or manufacturer. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by the original vendor or manufacturer, as they retain the sole right to approve or reject returns based on their own criteria.

If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed (less any restocking fees, as applicable), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Azami Consulting Co., Ltd. reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or deduct a restocking fees from any applicable refund.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at kw1@outlook.co.th.

 

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kw1@outlook.co.th and send your item to: Azami Consulting Co., Ltd. 

 

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Azami Consulting Co., Ltd.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 500 baht, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
